Submitting a story, message, or photo does not guarantee publication.

If you submit a story or photo, you are giving  ShameProof.Life permission to review it and consider it for publication.

Selected submissions may be edited for clarity, length, spelling, grammar, privacy, tone, and site fit.

 ShameProof.Life may decline to publish, remove, or edit any submission at its discretion.

We will not publish your email address.

If your story is published, we may identify you by the name, initials, or chosen display name you provided, if you gave permission for that use.

 You may submit a photo if it helps tell the story.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

• you have the right to share the photo
• everyone clearly visible in the photo has agreed to be included
• the photo was not taken secretly or without consent
• the photo is respectful, nonsexual, and appropriate for ShameProof.Life 
• the photo does not violate someone else’s privacy, rights, or reasonable expectations

 ShameProof.Life may decline to use any photo for any reason, including privacy, safety, consent, or site-fit concerns.

If you contact us or submit a story, we may use your email address to reply or follow up.

We will not publish your email address.

We do not sell your email address.

If  ShameProof.Life  later offers a newsletter or email list, it will be handled separately, and you will be able to unsubscribe.

 FeelGoodSwimming.com may use cookies or similar technologies to support normal site functions, understand traffic, improve user experience, prevent spam, or support embedded tools.
